Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the import process are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping will be sent out every monday and friday of every week. Shipping will be sent out from Mexico and delivery may vary on your location but we approximate about 2 weeks to get to you after it has been shipped. We thank you for your patience.

Please ensure that the address is complete to avoid any delays or issues in delivery. If you need to change address, Please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you.

Refund:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelations:

If your order has not yet been processed, you will be able to cancel it. For this, please contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected]. In the event that your order is being canceled, we will issue a refund to your payment method immediately.
